Ethan went inside the room and a sleeping beauty in the bed with the life support system... not some girl but his babydoll, his Mia lying lifeless in that bed...

Why Mia ??? Why did you come to save me??? What I will do without you??? Please Mia open your eyes???

When he couldn't control his emotions he ran out and went into the woods and changed into his wolf form and gave a heartbreaking howl.... all the pack members heard that howl and they felt the same sadness.... Mia is favourite to everyone in that pack when they came to know about her condition everyone started crying and when they heard their alpha's heartbreaking howl... they fully breakdown in tears...
