The Dull Life of Adventure

Her eyes are fixed on her phone
So she doesn't know she's not alone
There's a man behind her, and his hand is a knife
He's waiting to attack her, to end her life

Her eyes are still on the screen
So she doesn't notice the unusual scene
There are angels fighting demons on the ground
Who were trying to capture the new victim they found

Her thoughts are still focused on the thing in her hand
As she enters her home, the familiar land
Finally tired, she puts the phone down
As she thinks about her boring life with a frown
