background: when she was younger, her parents moved from china to america and there she became multilingual, being almost fluent in multiple languages. seeing it as a place where she could better use her skills, she moved to korea where she went to university and eventually met her significant other at a party. they hit off and began dating, moving in with each other a few months later. she's been going to monthly therapy lessons to deal with her occasional anger problems, but they haven't been helping at all.

how did your character receive the phone: her therapy session had just finished and she left when she saw the phone on the receptionist's desk. thinking it was the therapist's, she took it thinking she'd return to their next session. she later decided to keep the phone since she had recently broken her old one.
