I feel myself start to growl. No i have to be exaggurating. No way they can be second mates. The girl stares at me confused. I leave her where she is and storm to my house. I open the book in my fathes office.

Second mates

When a mate is to loose thier mate(first) There is another wolf out there. It is up to the one wolf if they want to be with their second mate or not. The connection isnt as strong as first mates but desire is a garentee.

Okay? Does lex like alyssa or vice versa?

"Your mate is looking sexy"

"Scooch over princess"

He adores her all class "I could smell her changing in English"

"Where is alyssa?"

"Alyssa is Juliet"

And all the times he took care of her and all.

Alyssas turn: "Is lex okay?"

"He is funny."

"Lex is Romeo"

"Where is lex?"

She went to lex a lot of the times aswell.

They are second mates! They have to be! I start to leave. I start to growl with every step I take. Alyssa is mine!

Alyssas pov

I lay my dress down on my bed and stare at it. My heart races. Am I having second thoughts? I cant! Im only sixteen....I cant get married can I? No that's not a legal age....unless it is different in the wolf law book. I pace. HOW AM I EVEN A WOLF! Are all myths true. Why am I thinking this now? Stress. I sigh loudly and collaps on my bed. What ever happened to kate....? I shake her from my mind and think of lex.

'Are you with Jason?' I link.

'Nah he left me.' he links.

'Whyd he do that?' I link.

'Idk, wanna meet up somewhere for a little and hang?' he links

'sure why not where?"

'The meadow?'

'Sweet. Meet you there'

I rush out to meet with Lex.
