Having reoccurring depression is horrible.

It's like, everything going well for you and then suddenly the cup tips.

It's like your whole world is vibrant and colored and it all goes black and white so unexpectedly.

Reoccurring depression is like knowing how to swim, but slowly drowning in deep waters.

Your breathing shallows and the world loses its light. Your heart slows and your brain weakens. It's horrid. A nightmare, and you won't know when you're going to escape. It could be days, weeks, or possibly years. It's terrible, and I wouldn't with it on my worst enemy.
