Our first "Date"

Ryan, his younger sister May, Emet and his sister Linda and myself had all made plans to hang out this Saturday because all of our parents were going out together. We decided to all go to Ryan and Mays house to watch a movie and eat dinner. When Saturday came Emet and Linda ended up not coming to spend time with their aunt so it was just going to be May, Ryan and me. As my mom was driving me over to their house she got a text from Ryan's mom saying May get sick and maybe we should we reschedule. But then I said that me and Ryan could take care of her so our parents could still go out. Ryan's mom, Jona, said that would be ok, since May was already asleep in bed. When I showed up at their door Ryan through open the door and engulfed me in a huge hug. "Well good to see you too!" I said. "I've just missed you." He said trying not to blush.  We walked in and his parents came to tell us that they were leaving, they ordered a pizza and it would be here later and they would be home around 10:00. We sat around on our phones for about half an hour in silence. Until Ryan's voice broke through the scilence, " Want to watch a movie?" He asked. "Sure, what movie?" I asked. "let's see what we have." He said walking over to his movie cabinet, " Hhhmmm, oh how about Civil War?" He asked smiling, he knew Captain America was my absolute favorite super hero ever. "Yea" I replied smiling. He put the movie in and I went to the kitchen to get me some water. When I came back he was sitting on the far side of the couch, I went over to sit on the opposite side of him. As I sat down he shook his head "What? Am I not allowed to sit on the couch?" I said pretending to be offended. "Nope, not unless you right here next to me." He said trying to keep a straight face but failing. I laugh as I grabbed a blanket, sat down right beside him tucking my feet to the side and resting my head on his chest. We sat watching the movie until the door bell rang, the pizza was here. Ryan went to get the pizza and I went up stairs to check on May, she was still fast asleep. When I came back down Ryan had already made two plates of pizza and set them on the kitchen table. After we finished eating we went back to finish our movie. We sat the exact same way we were earlier except he now had his arm around me. By the end of the movie we were both asleep on the couch. We both jumped a little when we heard the front door open. I quickly turned the tv on and we both pretended to be watching it. His dad told me my parents were out side waiting for me then he and Ryan's mom walked back to their room to put get ready for bed. As I got off the couch, Ryan stood up, grabbed my hand and walked me out to my mom's car. We hugged goodbye, as we were hugging he whispered in my ear "This has been one of the best nights ever I hope we can hangout again soon." I shook my head yes then got in the backseat of the car.
