Welcome back to yet another contest! For this one, the prompt is to write about a road trip with someone the main character hasn't seen in a while. It may be your childhood best friend, the father that left, or even a dead grandmother you or your character are imagining. The possibilities are endless, and all up to you!
BUT, this isn't any ordinary road trip.
It may seem to be the perfect day, and everything was going accordingly to the set plan. But then, in the end, it turns into a disaster!
Maybe your characters find love,
or even aliens or Bigfoot.
Possibly, they're trying to debunk a myth involving monsters... so they travel the country.
You decide; as long as your story meets the following criteria.
REQUIREMENTS:
- it must be written as a new story / a new part of a collection
- max word limit = 3000 words
- it must be submitted before April 19, 2017 (deadline)
- must be using the hashtag (IN THE ACTUAL TAG SECTION) #flowerwritingcontest
