Summary:
Ophelia Davis always notices the cute guy at the library staring at her. Little does she know, he only comes to see her.
Plot:
So, Ophelia works at the library, and this cute boy (who has to have a cool name that must be cleared by me) only goes to the library to see her, slowly getting the courage to talk to her. The thing is, she goes over to him and asks why he keeps staring at her first. Also, her personality is loud and sarcastic.
