Amao X Reader: Cutie Pie

I mixed the batter slowly. My body was falling asleep and my eyes couldn't stay open for much longer. I started drifting and stopped stirring. "Y/N!" I jolted upwards as I heard Kokono Haruka call my name. I turned around to face him. "Why are you falling asleep? You don't normally do this" Kokono looked at me worried. I just laughed. "I was up late baby sitting last night" I lied. I couldn't let him know what I was really doing. "Who do you baby sit?" He asked me. Sh*t. I looked down at the bowl. "I....... can't remember there name?" I tried to convince him. He didn't fall for it. He sighed. "Y/N, what were you doing? If it's not too personal" I looked up at him. "I was watching My Little Pony........" my face heated up. I hate admitting to him. He laughed. "You know, it's cute how you still watch that" he smiled. I rolled my eyes. "I was watching it for ideas for my baby cousins birthday but I couldn't stop watching it" I started stirring again. I was more awake because of him. The jerk. "Well, Amao will be happy to see you came here early to bake everyone a cookie pie" Kokono grabbed some milk out of the fridge. "I came before he comes! Which is super early!" I smiled to myself. "Yeah, its six in the morning" Kokono poured himself a glass of milk. "He normally comes at seven" he told me. "Yeah? What's your point?" I asked him. I poured the batter on to a pan. I then put the pan into the oven. "It's 7:56" I darted my sit to the clock. It was 7:56!!! I started to panic. Kokono then laughed at me. "Calm down! It should only take 5 minutes!" He tried calming me down. I took a deep breath in. "I guess so....... I mean, not everyone is exactly on time!" I smiled and looked at the clock. "........ Keep telling yourself that.........." he muttered. I then darted a glare at him. He awkward laughed and rubbed the back of his neck.

~Time Skip~
"Wow Y/N! This is a great surprise!" Rika smiled. We were having random students come in today. We do every Wednesday. Rika always shows up. She obviously likes Kokono. I think they would be cute together anyways. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to see Amao. "This was really kind of you to do Y/N" he smiled softly. I felt my face heat up. "Th-Thank you......." I looked back to the table. "Would you mind staying after school to help me?" Amao asked me. I nodded my head. "Sure" I answered. He smiled. His smile was so cute. "Thank you Y/N" He then walked into the kitchen and started cooking or baking. He loved baking the most though. He could bake perfect cupcakes and brownies. He loves sweet things. Makes sense since he's so sweet. I looked back at the table. Kokono was sitting next to Rika. My two best friends, falling in love. It's too cute.

~Yet Again, Time Skip~
I ran down the hallways, losing my breath. I had forgotten that I had to meet up with Amao after school. I wasn't too worried since he's really nice but I felt bad. So here I am. Running down hallways to get to him. I could see the Cooking Club sign coming up and I used every muscle in my body to get to it. I came up to the closed door and panted. I felt like I was dying jut I always being dramatic. I took a deep breath in and a slow one out. I then straightened up and opened the door. Everything was lit up and Amao was stirring a batter at the counter. "You forgot" he said without looking up form the batter. Guilt flew through me. "I-" he cut me off. "Close the door and continue stirring this batter" he told me to do. Or, more like forced me to. But I listened to him and walked into the room. I closed the door behind me and walked over to the counter. I grabbed the spoon he left in the bowl and started stirring. I heard him cutting something behind me. I could here the knife click onto the wood cutting board. I kept stirring, trying to get rid of the bubbles. Strong arms went on top of mine and started guiding me. "I guess your not the best at making cupcakes........" he said in my ear. My face heated up. He then rested his head in the crock of my neck. He kept guiding me and how I should stir it. But he didn't say a word. I felt like I was seeing a whole different version of him. I thought he was always sweet. But he seemed serious and a bit mad. He was still gentle but when I glanced at him, he seemed a bit mad. But he also had a bit of red on his cheeks. I didn't really understand this but it made me turn red. He was so close to me. My crush since high school was right up against me. His stirring became slower and the bubbles started to come back. I turned my head to face him. I felt a pair of soft lips press against mine. My eyes widened. It was Amao kissing me!? But I thought it would be short and soft but, it was long and harsh. I didn't even know if it was still Amao. But it was. The same sweet Amao who has a "dark" side. He separated the passionate kiss and looked into my eyes. He wrapped his arms around my waist. He was blushing but probably not as much as I was. "Your lips are so sweet~" he smirked. I looked away. He then laughed his cute laugh. "Your so cute too!" He then hugged me tighter. "Your my cutie pie~!" He put his head on my shoulder. Cutie pie? I can work with that.
