I sensory box is a good thing to have if you feel out of control, or you feel a panic attack coming. It's nice to know that you are a human, and that you are real and exist.
Keep a lil note that says something positive and good, read it over and over again.
Put some gum, or lil candies in to chew.
Put something to hear, maybe a music box or slow globe that plays a nice little melody. You could even just skip that one, and use your phone!
Put some good-smelling things inside, or a smell that makes you happy and feel at home. This could be flowers (just make sure to put new ones in!), a plant, or some perfume/incense.
For feeling, put a your favorite plushie, or maybe even those lil lamb ear plants, they're super fuzzy!
