Negan whispered in Rick's ear, telling lies about you. He was saying that you were now working for Negan. But you weren't. You were at that moment sitting in a cage, naked, and listening to the now annoying tune Easy Street. Rick could believe what he was hearing. That you were working for the man that killed your friends.

I found this gif and the idea of this popped into my head. and I am quite proud of how it turned out. Negan is honestly one of my favorite characters.
