Thy shalt only sire another with the permission of thine elder. If thou createst another without thine Elder's leave, both thou and thy Progeny shall be slain.
Thé Føúrth Trádítíøñ:
Thé Aççøúñtíñg
Those thou createst are thine own children. Until thy Progeny shall be Released, thou shalt command them in all things. Their sins are thine to endure.
Thé Fífth Trádítíøñ:

Honor one another's domain. When thou comest to a foreign city, thou shalt present thyself to the one who ruleth there. Without the word of acceptance, thou art nothing.

Over the centuries, the meanings of some of these has changed. The 'Elder' referred to is now usually accepted to mean the Prince of the City.
Usually, the Prince is the only one who claims right to a domain, although many anarchs try to hold their own 'turf'.
