I roughly knocked on the door, a monotoned 'come in' replied
I growled before throwing myself on the bed dramatically, ruffling my nightgown slightly, I looked up slightly to find Ciel "reading" a book, I was mentally scoffing, yeah he definitely wasn't reading
"Are you trying to break down the door Luci?" I heard Ciel say loudly, still looking at the book
" yes, I am mentally frustrated"
"And why would that be?" He said in a bored tone, turning a page in his book, I could tell he was trying hard not to look at me, in fear of showing emotion.
" I don't know, why don't you ask your damned butler?!" I snarled as I sat up quickly, glaring at a certain raven haired butler, a playful smirk still on his lips.
I heard Ciel sigh as he snapped his book shut, as a light knock sounded on the door, Angela walked in looking down
" I apologize for coming so late"
I stood up from the bed, watching Angela curiously
"What is it that you need, my Young Master is about to retire," Sebastian said as he brushed off Ciel coat, finally the blue-eyed boy looked up
"I have a request to make, please, leave the Castle, leave the village entirely before you get hurt!"
She said urgently, I coughed uncomfortably before seating myself across from the Earl and crossing my legs
" and why is that?"
Such a curious child, that just might get him killed.
She gasped as a howl sounded loudly outside the window, my head turned to the curtained window
"No! The demon hound! It is coming!!" she cried out, trembling, Ciel and I stood at the same time, as I looked at Phantomhive, I stepped toward him
"The what?" He said, dumbfounded
Was he not listening earlier today?!
" The demon hound" I growled
I heard Ciel gasp as he turned to the direction behind me and both of us stepping forward, me in front of him, I turned to find a huge shadow of a dog
I inhaled, panicking slightly, stumbling backward, conveniently into the young Phantomhive, my head hitting his chest, he caught me before I hit the ground. Damn it! Why didn't I have my knives?!
" Sebastian!" He said sharply as the tall butler rushed forward to the hidden window, before yanking the curtains open to reveal...
Nothing...
What?!
I quickly stumbled out of Ciel's arms as a blushing mess over to the window
"thanks " I muttered, looking down as I swiftly walked to the window, the only memory of the shadow was a giant, glowing spirit dog running away quickly
"What was that thing" Ciel snapped as he glanced out the window at the running pooch.
" I don't know my Young Master"
We all rushed outside as we burst through the door, Phantomhive crouched down before running a bare hand through the green substance, I shivered from the night air as my thin nightgown wasn't much protection from the slight cold. The only thing that came from Ciel was a slight 'hmm'
