i apologize for lack of content again

i have been feeling really self aware about my artwork and what's wrong with it and stuff ? so its been difficult to draw much without hating it

i will try to find some okay sketchbook pages

ggod this is bad

if u lean in close u can smell my defeat emanating off of the paper

theres avril(placeholder name)
shes a rlly gay soldier
she only became one so she had a chance to meet the queen

an aphid

she isnt as tall or buff as her comrades but

her wings give advantages some dont have
which makes her a good candidate for the bow and arrow
and thats useful
since there's a war approaching with the arachnids

this is her commander, novembre.

a stag beetle
through hard work, she earned her rank
but she has to work even harder to achieve the title of head commander

which was given to fevriér here

a praying mantis
theyre very important people
high status
fevrier is supposed to be a master tactician and a deadly opponent but
,, as you can see
he isnt very strong

he still teaches the soldiers but
he teaches yoga and "helps them grow spiritually"
he didnt even want to be the head commander
he just wants to be left alone to read fortunes and watch constellations
he offers the job to novembre often but
she insists on "earning her way up"

if youre wondering about their outfits
yeah the commanders just wear tall pants

all of the insects have unisex clothes
most are minimalistic and simple
they dont need much
which is a lot different from the like
victorianish fancy arachnid clothes
i still gotta design some tho lol
