Godspeed uses the speed force as a weapon, he can vase himself into two
people so he can defeat enemies quicker but if a good speedster kill one of his doubles he will will lose half his speed.
Godspeed is trying to kill savitar because he is a threat to his existence and when Godspeed finds savitar hew I'll rip of his a mask and look him in the eyes and vase through his head.He can also run as fast as the speed of light he is as fast as savitar.
Godspeed's real name is August Heart. He used to be a friend of Barry's when dark matter spread across central city and civilians where turned into speedsters Barry helped him control his speed but was possessed by the negative speed force and became GODSPEED.
