☼ rules and info

welcome to my cover shop, in which you request a cover for your wattpad book, and i make it for you, free of charge. it's that simple! i really hope you stick around and leave me some requests for covers, as i love graphic design.

before we get started with the  information, here is a collage of a few of the recent covers i've made.

☼ rules
this is effectively the terms and conditions, except despite how we all flick through those and don't really pay them attention, it's really important that you read these to get a cover.

1: no rudeness
rude people are the bane of my life. if you're going to be rude to either me or other customers, then leave — this is a negativity free zone.

2: fill in the form in one single comment
please do not pm me and please do not write the form in scattered comments, otherwise it is extremely confusing.

3: be understanding of the fact that i'm not a robot and i have a life outside cover making and graphic design.

4: complete the payment!!
the payment won't be real money, it is simply credit for the cover in your description, so please do it.

5: i have the right to deny
9.99 times out of ten i will accept your request, but if i feel i can't make it to the best of my ability or i don't have time i will likely deny you.

5: make sure your book is published.
making a cover for an unpublished book is very confusing.

6: claim your cover
add this book to your reading list so you're notified when i post your cover. i can redo if you don't like it! if you do use it, i ask you to use it for at least a week.

☼ information

here's a little extra info i thought you guys might be interested in as we go along.

1 - different types of covers
this guide is designed to help you decide what kind of cover works best for your book, as there is a section devoted to it in the form, which will come in the next chapter.

a. minimalist

a minimalist cover is something very plain in appearance. it will mainly consist of one stretch of colour with a smaller point of focus of the image (the girl) and a larger, clean text, generally in black, white or grey.

b. simple

a simple cover is usually a simple photograph background with text on it. sometimes textures and borders are added.

c. manipulated

a manipulated cover takes much more editing, generally involving lots of layered textures and often some celebrities. these can lose effectivity depending on the genre.

2 - it's totally fine if you don't want to use your cover, i won't mind. just let me know so i can make it a premade! :)

3 - ask any questions you have here.

4 - i claim no credit for most of the images, fonts, pngs etc. used in my covers. all credit goes to the rightful owners; i simply use photos i find on the internet.

☼ payment

for payment, i merely ask for credit in the summary of your book, nothing more and nothing less. a perfect example would be "cover by @taintedseas".
