You are Lukas. You were driving (Female) Jesse home after you fell in love, and you've just been involved in a terrible car accident. You got away with injuries but Jesse has fatal injuries and will die unless someone donates a kidney. Unfortunately there are no donors and her parents cannot provide her one. If she doesn't receive a donor, she will live the rest of her life in dialysis, will you make a huge sacrifice and:

A- Step up and willingly give up yours (you still have another one) BUT there's a very low chance of success and it's out of true love.
