Chapter 7

Takeshi's POV:

~Yesterday~

I wrapped my arm around Kaoru's waist and the other on the back of her head. I pulled her closer and kissed her passionately on the lips.
Her lips... they're so soft and gentle...

I pulled away; I could see her cute blush.

"Awww, sweet Kao-chan is blushing!" I mocked.

She pushed me off and yelled, "W-what was that for?!"

I leaned in slowly and whispered, "I like you~"

She scoffed and whispered, "Now you're gonna get us in trouble."

"Don't worry. I got you covered," I winked.

I backed away and looked straight into her eyes. She turned red, and looked away.

~Today~

"Butch? Hello? Butch!" Brick yelled and clapped his hands in front of my face.

"Aah!" I screamed and fell back.

"Hey! What was that for?!" I yelled.

"You dozed off. We're going to rob the bank," Brick said.

"Why did you doze off so suddenly? Are you thinking about your kiss with Buttercup?" Boomer asked.

I blushed. "W-what? No!"

In case you didn't know, they saw my kiss with Buttercup months before. They even scolded me even though she was the one who kissed me. Luckily, they didn't see me give the buttercup. Oh, they also scolded me for giving her the bags of money.
Im case you were wondering, my brothers saw that BC was chasing me so they came to help but saw something unexpected.

"Eh, whatever. Come on, let's go," Brick said and we went off to the bank.

~Time Skip~

"Stop Rowdyruff Boys!" Blossom yelled as she, Bubbles and BC flew down in front of us.

"Ugh! It's the hags again," Brick said, sticking his tongue out.

"Boys, would you please stop? Stealing is mean!" Bubbles said.

"No point in telling them that Bubbles. We jist need to pound them," BC said, punching her other hand.

"Catch us if you can!" Brick said and we split up again. This time, it'll be tricky because the whole PPGZ are here.

I ran into an alley... again. I slowed down my pace and rested.
I dropped the bags and sat down, closing my eyes.

"Ran into an alley again?" I heard someone said.

I opened my eyes to see Buttercup in front of me, looking striaght at me.

"Yeah," I said, out of breath.

She kneeled down in front of me and placed a hand on my cheek.
I blushed at her gentle touch. She leaned closer to my face and kissed me. I kissed back.

We parted and she smirked.

"What?" I asked.

"I knew it," she said.

"What?"

"You're Takeshi, aren't you?"

My eyes widened. "W-wha...?" How did she know?

"Answer me Butch. Are you Takeshi or not?"

How in the world did she know?!

"How, how did you know?"

She smirked. "Who else did you kiss in school?"

It hit me. I knew it! No wonder Kaoru's lips are so familiar.

"You're... you're Kaoru?" I asked.

She grinned, "What do you think?"

I smiled back. We stared at each other's eyes for a while.

"Buttercup! Where are you?!
"Buttercup!!" We heard Blossom and Bubbles yell.

"I gotta go," BC said, standing up.

"Wait!" I said, grabbing her arm.

She looked at me. "What is it?" she asked.

"Here," I said, giving her the bags. She smiled and took them.

"Thanks," she winked and gave me a quick peck on the lips. "See you tomorrow, Takeshi."

I smiled and she flew off.
I sighed and leaned on the wall. I can't believe Buttercup's Kaoru. And I can't believe she found out that I'm Takeshi. She's smart.

BC's POV:

I flew towards the others.

"What took you so long?" Blossom asked.

"Uhh..." I muttered, "I... just got... uhh... a little trouble with Butch," I lied.

Blossom leanes forward to me face with her eyes narrowed, as if she's suspecting something.

"You're hiding something, aren't you?" she asked.

"What? N-no!" I stuttered.

She looked at me with the 'Oh really?' look.

I laughed nervously, "Eh, hehe. Well... should we get going? I mean, we still have a project to work on," I said.

"She's right Blossom. The project's due on Monday," Bubbles said laying a hand on Blossom's shoulder.

Blossom finally backed away but still has her look on her face. I gulped softly.

Blossom's POV:

BC said that we still have a project to work on. Oh, I know she's hiding something and I need to know what.

I'm going to find out what she's hiding no matter what it takes...
