K- naira i m very happy that u will be with me and  kaira he picked kaira in his arms and they took a beautiful family selfie
Like this 1 day passed and naira was having a strong feeling that she is going far
Today goenka had arrange party for their beloved daughter in law who had fight with her death
Soo everyone was busy for party but naira was really unwell soo she went to her room and tried to sleep and just then kartik came saw naira on bed and thinking something and soo he went and sat next to her and hugged her and naira to hugged him then what happened made kartik shocked

Naira went in deeep sleep and kartik saw her she was lying lifeless so he immediately carried her to hospital and then every arrived to hospital and kaira was continue crying for milk but now her mom was not there for her and all were sad for this little baby how she will live so swarna was consoling her and gave her milk and gayu took kaira with her

Where kartik was with her jaan and tried all his best to save his jaan
K- doc pls batayena maire jaan ko kya hua
D- mr goenka ab aapki wife kabhi nahi uttegi
K- pls doc majak maat kariye aap ne kaha tha ki woh tek hai
D- mr goenka aapki wife ne hi muje yeh kehne ko kaha tha woh chaheti thi ki aap ko koi tension nahi ho aur maine unhe kaha tha ki unke pass bhaut kaam samay hai par unhone mana kar diya so srry ab kuch nahi ho sakta
Kartik was broken down and cried hard and when he told this to abt family that now naira is in coma and will have no chance to come back

Naira fought with cancer bit due to this she went in coma and there is very less chance to come back ....

Years passsed and now kartik use to take care of naira shown in above pic ☝☝and kaira also took take of her mother

K- haan beta mumma aapko congrs bol rahi hai
Ka- papa , mumma dosre mumma ki tarah maire sai baat nahi karti kachhori nahi banati bataona papa
K(with sobbing eyes) - beta mumma jaldi baat karegi aap jao mai bhi aata hoon
Kaira went and kartik talked with naira
K- jaan deko ab tho tume utna padeda deko tumari beti bhi ab badi ho gayi hai pls jaan utt jao pls and tears start coming from his eyes but there was no response in naira

Kaira's bday
Today kartik was getting a good feeling that something is going to be very good  soo he went to his room made naira sit and started talking with her but today naira response him and blink her eyes kartik was soo happy and and called doctor so doctor said that naira is getting well and she is responding each and everything
Kaira came running and hugged her mom
Ka- mumma krishna jii ty aapne maire bday par muje itna aacha gift diya aapne muje maire mumma wapas kar diya ty tysm

Now kaira with their little girl were really happy and lived happy
