Thank you for reading the story that was included in the AMACon Serendipitous English Fiction collection.
When I wrote this, I didn't want the ending to be a tragic one, so I added the final part making it a lighter scene.
But, when I re-read it, I wanted a darker tone for my submission to the AMACon Book because I haven't written any angsty, tragic MAICHARD story ever since I strted writing fanfiction. I wanted to try.
So...I removed the final scene and made it a tragic one. I'm happy that you guys liked it.
I hope you enjoyed reading this alternate version, too.
