    Troubled Times

    There is no light inside of me
    
                          
    only darkness
    
                          
    I can see
    
                          
    I'm a Christian 
    
                          
    but you can't tell
    
                          
    because I'm not in His perfect will
    
                          
    I run and hide from the light
    
                          
    thinking that it's pure delight
    
                          
    Sinful pleasures 
    
                          
    I can see
    
                          
    but soon no more
    
                          
    the Lord will be seen 
    
                          
    Inside of me
    
                          
    In spite of everything 
    
                          
    that I've done
    
                          
    God forgives me
    
                          
    So that His perfect will is found
