Prologue

Does happiness really exist?

Once, I thought that at the end, we'll find what we want. That we can reach what we seek for. That everything is going to be fine. We can now laugh with no pain deep inside.

And yes, that's only a thought. A theory, perhaps.

To end the pain, shall we walk to the path of misery first until we find happiness? We tried. We are so near yet our young dreams were crushed.

They lied to survive.

They, whom we trusted.

They, whom we loved.

Suddenly betray us just to commit what they think is right. Unfortunately, they're so dead wrong.

Many died but only few will probably survive. Seeking revenge is really bloodier than we thought.

We tried to accept the challenge of survival knowing our life is the bet.

But, how can we survive when death is only the escape?

Now, the real question is love, friendship, or life?

I just found myself running for my life. But how can I escape when I have to kill before i get killed?
