Tall atop a tower lived a family. You see, this was no ordinary family. This family was special. Parents Howard and Maria Stark gave birth to two beautiful children. They were wealthy and inventors. They helped their community and were loved by all. In any other setting one might think they were royalty, but this wasn't one of those settings. On the eve of Pepper's fifth birthday something tragic happened. Pepper, youngest child and only daughter to the Starks was hurt by her older brother tony. This was not a purposeful attack... in fact it was quite the opposite. Tony loved his sister pepper and would do anything to protect her, and after the accident the only way that he could protect her was by locking himself away. Now Tony tried to control his powers, but the more he tried the worse it got and after the passing of Howard and Maria things got even worse.
The world mourned Howard and Maria Stark and their kids were never really seen from again.
