A few weeks later I was sitting at dinner with April , The guys had gone back out on the road to film they were going to be gone  for the week So April and I finally got together with our busy schedules we don't get to see each other as much I had gone back to school to finish up getting my nursing degree I only had one semester left. Porter had found out about the fact I didn't finish because of my ex and what had happen I told him about losing one of my ovaries too he told he knew about it April had let it slip one night and he asked her what she was talking about and got the full story about what went down between me and my ex boyfriend.
I wasn't even Mad at April at all I knew she was only trying to help.

At dinner we talked about everything, she was excited that I was going to be a nurse and wanted to know if we were doing anything to celebrate it
"No we aren't I don't want to make a big deal about "

"Now Allie you should be proud of yourself
Have you decided which field of nurse you are going to go into Labor and Delivery , ER , DR office "

"I was leaning to ER but I also would like Labor and Delivery "
"Well i think you should we could have a party at Porter place since he has a lot of land "
"April no "
She frowned
"Oh April don't frown"
"Why don't you want to celebrate"
"I don't know I just don't "

"Is it because of losing the baby the reason you stopped and you feel it's not honoring his memory "
"April I really don't know"
"Alright I'll change the subject "she said

As we sat and ate I got a feeling in my stomach that I didn't like just like the one I got at OSPH
I couldn't place why I was getting the feeling.
We had some good laughs. We were leaving and were almost to the Door when I hear
Allie
I turned it was Porter's Parents
I smiled and hugged them both
"Are y'all coming to dinner on Sunday after Church " his mama asked
"Yes ma'am we are Porter will be back Saturday afternoon his flight is to land around 4
I'm to pick up Dylan on Friday night and he will be with us until Monday Morning Porter is gonna take him to school "
"Good he will be at dinner too" she replied
"Yes he will"
We talked until their table was ready then we left

I drove home for the night as I pulled into my driveway I noticed that the light was on in the back of the house it's a motion sensor one
Hmmm I guess an animal went by it
I parked the truck in the driveway instead of the garage. I got out and was walking up to the back deck that's when I saw the back sliding door it was shattered
Holy Crap I thought
I went up on to the deck and as I got closer I see where a brick was thrown at the door .
I heard a crash inside that's when I took off back to the truck . I called the Police
It was a matter of seconds before I heard the sirens
I barely got through a text to who I don't know cause I was freaked out before the police arrived
I put my phone down I stayed in the truck until the officer gave me the okay to get out

The officer came over I got out the truck
"Ma'am no one is inside but your house has been ransacked and your door is destroyed "
"What the fuck "I said
The officer looked at me
"I'm sorry "
"You are going to need to go through with one of us and see if anything is missing "
So that's what I did for over an hour. Once we were done we went back outside and I saw a car in the driveway
It was Porters Parents
His dad was talking to one of the officers
"How did"
I walked over he pulled me into a bear hug
"Oh thank god your not hurt"
I hugged him and replied "I can't say that about my door "
"Well the door can be replaced not you"
"Awe thank you "
I was asked "do you have anything to cover up the door and you shouldn't stay here "
"Yeah I have a couple of sheets of plywood in the other garage " I tell them

So we went and got them boarded up the door
"Allie your not staying here tonight , you have s key to Porters right "
"Yes I do "
"Then go stay there. "
"But "
"No buts "
"I have had  firm instructions and he said if you argue I am to put you in the car and take you there "
"Ugh "
He grinned just like Porter
"Fine I have to get my stuff "
"Alright I'll be waiting "
So that's what I did I got my stuff and then came back out
I hugged him
I left and went to Porters

I finally responded to all the texts in one
Okay my door was smashed in , the house is a wreck , nothing was stolen I'll need to get a new door and maybe a security system. I'm now at Porters house getting settled in thank you all for the love I'm gonna try and get some sleep
I then texted Porter and said I love you and I'm fine
Honey I love you too and we will get the door fixed you stay at my place until I get home
I will , but I need to go by the house to clean up
Well get Nicole , Mom and April to help you , Doogie has already talk to Nicole she said she will help just let her know
Okay I will I just need to get some sleep
