(Le gasp, people actually read my book *-*)
I'm Hannah, a so called popular girl in 9th grade. My life was pretty much perfect until everything fell apart. My grades crashed, I could no longer play basketball, and I... i had to move soon.
It all started at the basketball championships for my school. Everything was going great, we were undefeated and first in the state! I had the ball in hand, poised under the goal, ready to win for my team! A girl from the other team ran into me and I went straight into the bleachers. My back smacked against the wall, breaking one of my ribs and also the bottom of my spine. My jaw popped out of place and I passed out.
After that everything was a blur. Flashing lights, sirens, my coaches voice. I felt being lifted up into a vehicle and we drove off.
I woke up in the hospital, the room as pure white as snow. The only other person in there was a nurse who smiled at me. "Hannah, your going to be okay." Her voice came out squeaky and cracked.
That's where my fall began, but I just kept going.
