For the rest of the night, Kara made sure to stayed far away from Roxy and her girlfriends. Only when the party finally came to an end and everyone had left, did Kara allow herself to relax. She was exhausted due to the heat, being around people, hiding from people, and helping Natalie out with whatever needed to be done that she felt like she could fall asleep standing up.

        Knock Knock!

"I got it," Trevor said as he heads towards the door. "Hey, welcome back buddy! Glad you could show up."

"Hey Trev. Glad to be back." A guy said in an exhausted voice.

"Natalie. Look who decided to stopped by," Trevor yells out as he comes around the corner with his hands around another man's shoulders. The man was about an inch shorter than Trevor, a bit leaner, but nonetheless still very handsome. He had short blonde hair, hazel eyes, and was dressed up like he had just gotten back from a business trip.

"Mark! Oh my gosh! When did you get back?" Natalie asks as she runs up to the man and gives him a hug.

"I just got back and headed straight here, but it seems like I missed the party." He says as he returns her hug.

"Yeah you did. Everyone left already, but come here. I want to introduce you to my friend," She pulls him towards Kara.

"Kara, this Mark. Mark, this is Kara my best friend." Natalie points from Kara to Mark with a huge smile on her face.

"Your best friend? But I thought I was your best friend. I haven't been gone that long, have I that you've already replaced me," Mark says back to Natalie with sad puppy eyes.

Natalie rolls her eyes. "Oh whatever. Trevor is going to be hurt if he hears that."

"I heard that." Trevor yells from the living room.

Mark chuckles and extends his hand out to Kara. "Its nice to meet you Kara. I'm Mark, Trevor's best and childhood friend."

"Its nice to meet you too," Kara returns the shake as a thought goes through her head; Mark? I feel like I should know that name.

After the introductions, Mark joins Trevor in the living room with the food Natalie had heated up for him. They stayed there until after Mark had finished his food and decided to head home to rest. Kara and Natalie continued on with their cleaning of the kitchen and wherever there was a mess. It was almost 1 o'clock by the time they had finished up cleaning everything and since Natalie looked like she was about ready to fall asleep on her feet, Kara practically forces her to go and wash up.

"Wow! I know for sure that this was not Natalie's doing. This is cleaner than it was before," Kara hears Trevor say as he enters the kitchen looking amazed. "Speaking of Natalie, where is she?"

"She looked ready to fall over so I told her to go and wash up," Kara says as she makes her way to the garbage can with the last of the trash.

"Tsk tsk. She's not a very good host, now is she?" He shakes his head as he makes his way towards Kara. "What else is there left to do?"

"I believe we are all done in here. There's just these few trash bags that need to be taken out." Kara makes one last look around the kitchen to confirm her statement before reaching down for the trash bags to take outside.

Knowing exactly what she had in mind, Trevor stops her. "Oh no you don't. Go sit down Kara. I think that you've done enough. I'll take these out."
