knock knock knock
i walk up to the door and open it, surprised at the girl standing at my door.
"noona, what are you doing here?"
"that doesn't matter, just take this."
she handed me a purple journal and covered her face with her sweater sleeves. i looked at her, confused.
"it's from our maknae." she stated, her voice cracking.
i wanted to say something, but the words couldn't come out of my mouth.
"thank you for showing her how to be happy, jungkook-ssi." she said, her eyes starting to water.
"what do you mean? did something happen?" i asked.
she was going to speak, but she couldn't hold back the tears.
i led her inside the dorm, my hyungs
got up from the couch and allowed her to sit.
"joohyun? what's wrong?" taehyung asked her, rubbing her back.
"i'll get some tea." jin hyung said, leaving to the kitchen.
a short time after, jin hyung came back with some tea and we all sat down around her.
"what happened to kim?" yoongi hyung asked her.
silence took over the room as we all waited to hear her words.
"yesterday, our kim yeri took her life."
