"Me and some of the other guys were getting permission to go to the Village. Wanna come?" Cedric asked.
"Um... I don't know." I looked down.
I'd probably embarrass myself all night to be honest.
I wasn't gonna tell him that.
He sighed, looking sad. "Think about it?" He asked.
I nodded.
"I gotta go get my quidditch uniform, I'll see you in class." I smiled.
"Don't go." He touched my hand. He grinned a little bit.
I paused, frozen.
"I... Um.. Have to go. Bye."
I smiled and quickly ran off.

9:00 PM -

"Addison! I'm not going. I have all this homework to do."
"Ophelia, it's Cedric Diggory. This is a once in a lifetime chance."
"I don't wanna go."
"Michael invited me to go. You should come. Please?"
There was a quick but silent tap on our door. Addison went to use the bathroom.
"Ophelia!" Cedric looked down at my white t shirt and sweatpants that father had gotten me last year.
"Please, please come."
"Cedric, I have a lot of homework."
He looked into my eyes for a solid 5 seconds.
"I'll do just about anything." He whispered.
How about marry me.
"Fine. Give me and Addison a few minutes.
"Hurry up!" I heard Michael whisper.
I shut the door.
"Addison, pick me an outfit while I apply some mascara."
"Yes!"
I quickly ran the wand through my eyelashes while Addison threw clothes on the bed.

We stepped carefully out the door.
"Damn Ophelia." Michael said.
"Buzz off." I glared.
"Careful or Filch will catch us." Addison hushed.
Me and Cedric lagged behind the others.
"Did you hear there are rumors that the Triwizard Games will be held here next year?" Cedric asked.
"That's what my father told me."
"That sounds incredibly cool." I said.
We walked through the chill night into the pub.
"Aye, Bane's girl is here!"
"And you old drunks better not tell him I am!"
Cedric and I picked a table and the server brought us two large mugs of butterbeer.
"Tell me about your parents." Cedric said.
"My father works for the ministry, and I have a wonderful stepmother named Mary. But I don't know my real mother. My father said she left me on his porch step when I was just a week old."
"That's awful! How are you related to Professor McGonagall?"
"My father has his father's last name, but she kept hers. So it's his mother."
"Interesting." He smiled.
"And might I add that you are one of the finest quidditch players I've ever seen!" He rubbed his thumb against my palm.
"Thank you. You're really talented as well." I smiled back.
Michael ran over to us.
"We're going to my cousin's house. Come on." He said, dragging Cedric and me.
He winked in my direction.
"We are high schoolers, after all."

We were in front of a cute, medium sized house down the walk.
"They only come here in the summer." Michael said.
He unlocked the door and forced us all inside.
We all sat in a circle on the living room floor; 4 guys, 2 girls. I'm sure they were enjoying themselves.
"Michael had the idea of playing an American game he learned on vacation last summer." Derick commented.
They both bursted out laughing. Cedric looked uncomfortable.
"What's the game called and how does it work?" Addison asked.
"It's called 7 Minutes In Heaven. You spin a bottle when it's your turn, and whoever lands on it... Well, you two go in a closet for seven minutes and do whatever you want to each other. And the only rules are you can't tell anybody what happened, you have 3 passes, and you don't have to do it with someone of the same gender." Michael grinned.
"You're a pig." I snarled. Addison was all up for the game.
Cedric looked at me with uneasy eyes. He didn't like this anymore than I did.
Michael chugged a bottle of pop from the fridge and set it in the middle of the circle.
"I'll go first." Michael sneered.
The bottle landed on Addison.
She giggled and Michael led her to the closet two rooms away so no one could hear.
Cedric wrapped one arm around me and whispered in my ear.
"We don't have to be here if you don't want to, but I'm interested to see if it lands on us."
My stomach melted.
"I don't wanna spoil the fun. We can stay." I smiled.
Derick had a sly grin on his face as Michael and Addison returned.
"My turn." He said. Cedric seemed to not like the way Derick looked at me.
"Ophelia." Derick licked his lips.
"Pass." I glared.
He huffed and learned back on the chair.
"Cedric. Your turn." Michael said.
Cedric spun the bottle and it landed on Addison.
"I'll pass her. No offense, Addy."
"None taken." She winked in my direction.
I spun the bottle and hoped it would land on Cedric.
Cedric grinned.
"Do either of you pass?" Derick asked.
Cedric shook his head and guided me to the closet two rooms away.
He locked the door and turned off the light.
"We don't tell anybody anything about what happened tonight." I whispered as I felt his cool hands wrap around my waist.
"Never." I felt his lips pull into a smile against my collar bone.
"I won't make you do anything you don't want to do." He said sternly.
Did I really care if it was with Cedric?
I kissed him. The one thing I've wanted to do since the day I met him came true tonight.
Except he pushed farther. He touches me in places I would punch Michael or Draco for if they did it. But I didn't care, because it was him.
6 minutes had passed.
Cedric had no shirt, my dress was on the floor, and his hair was wild as he turned on the light.
"Let me help." He slipped the dress over my head.
"Did anyone ever tell you that you are absolutely stunning?" He whispered.
I smiled. "It may have come up once or twice."
"Come on. They'll be waiting."
He opened the closet door and we walked in the room. Everyone stared with wide eyes.
"No one tells." I said as we sat back down.
Everyone murmured. "Never."

2 AM -

We didn't have classes tomorrow, so I decided to stay up late in the house common room.
I drank hot chocolate by the fire. I enjoyed the quiet, the only sound being the crackle of the fire.
My quiet was interrupted.
"May I join you?" Cedric asked.
I nodded and he set his mug down on the table.
"Couldn't sleep?" I asked.
"All I could think about was tonight." He said.
"I'm not really tired." I said.
I pulled the blanket up to my neck.
"I actually enjoyed myself tonight." Cedric finally said.
"Oh really?" I mocked with a grin.
"Yeah. I've been wanting to do that for awhile." He smiled at me.
"Now if that Malfoy wasn't at your side 24/7, I'd have a clear shot." He winked.
"It's my father that wants me to be with Draco, not me." I said sternly.
"And if your father met me?" Cedric asked.
"I'm sure he'd love you." I laughed.
"I like you, Ophelia."
"I like you too, Cedric." I smiled.
He hugged me.
"I think I'm gonna head to bed." I said, yawning.
"I'll see you tomorrow?" He asked.
"Maybe." I winked.
