So, apparently there has been a lot of active art theft recently.
All you have to do is to report their account.
Sure you can tell "yo, you're a disgrace if you claim yourself to be an artist."
I'll confess. I used to be an art theft. I stole a really crappy art. That was 6-7 years ago.
But guess what? I improved the hell out of myself. Went through though shit. But it all ended just for a day. Not for a whole month.
Don't continue bashing on art thefts. They are human too. You're still human, right? Keep your humanity. Forgive them for another chance. Feel guilt of the bad deeds you've done. That's what makes you human.
And to young artists, always put your signature/watermark or your real name/username.
