Chapter 7 - He's my mate!

Melissa's POV:

i woke up with the biggest hangover ever! ugh I tried to remember how I got so drunk last night, but nothing would come back to me. I guess I deserved that...

I went to the bathroom and washed myself, then went downstairs.

I guess Silver is still pretty pissed at me. I grabbed Crystal and we headed out to school.

Nash's POV:

"Nash man, get your lazy ass up, you're going to be late for school again!" I heard Daniel shout from down stairs.

"Alright, alright !" I shouted back.

I rushed to the bathroom and took a quick shower. I put on a simple pair of jeans and a plain black shirt. Looking sexy, I thought to myself looking at the mirror.

Daniel's POV:

It was lunch time when me and Nash headed to the cafeteria to our touble. I felt something weird. My wolf was looking for something, there was this scent , god it smelled so damn good.

I was distracted from my thoughts while I followed Nash's gaze. Only to find he was staring at the new girl...I believe her name was Melissa. If he thinks I'm stupid, then he's wrong. I've noticed the way he gets nervous whenever he's near her. I guess that could only mean one thing...

"Dude  if you stare at her any longer, your eyes will permenatly stay that way." I chuckled.

He looked at me and furrowed his eyebrows then said "Wh-what? Who exactly are you reffering to...'man' ?"

"Hey man, I'm not stupid, I see the way you're always looking at her." I responded. "It's kind of obvious." I added.

He looked away from her and switched his gaze to me "I have no idea what you're talking about."

"Fine. Keep running away from your feelings. But you know truth is-" I cut myself off leaning a little closer to him making sure no one is listening . "She's your mate dude."

He looked at me in shock then eventually got over it.

"Like it or not, she's your responsibility. Oher packs will be after her soon. You need her and she needs you". I finished then looked away.

Another petite girl, with clear dark blue eyes slid in an empty seat by Melissa. She immediatly caugh my sight. Man, she was so beautiful. My heart was beating faster and faster. I've had this really weird and uncertain feeling that I have never felt before.

But whatever it was, damn it felt so right. I tried to take a closer look at the girl. Her hair was blond, it was perfect flowing down her back and over her shoulders. She didn't look so happy though...I didnt know why.

Just thinking about her unhappy made me want to pull her in a tight hug and never leave her side. I wanted her to stay in my arms...forever.

It hit me, my conclusion...

Mate.

Unlike Nash, I was so happy I found her. I was about to make a fool out of myself and dance and jump up and down in the cafeteria!

Crystal's POV:

"You okay Crys?" Melissa asked. She sounded concerned of course.

"Yes. Just a little tired. Nothing to worry about really." I replied.

"Well, you see...there's this guy that haven't took his eyes off of you ever since you walked in the cafeteria."She said looking at someone sitting at a table in front of us.

I turned around and followed her gaze. There was this guy..who simply was staring at me. He was, H-he was s-so gorgeous. His long, blondish hair suited him. I found myself lost in his deep blue eyes. We stayed like that the whole lunch. Even my wolf seemed to be so excited and happy, I wanted nothing but to run to him and wrap my arms around him.

May-maybe uh it's that we-we're ... "Ah that's it!" I jumped up and screamed.

I looked at Melissa who was staring at me like I was some crazy person "Uhh,Crys?" She said.

I leaned closer to her, looking around to see if anyone is watching then said...

"Mel, he-he's m-my mate!" I finally exclaimed.

Her eyes widened while she looked at me and her jaw dropped open "What the-".

That was all she said.

I was so happy. The bell rang right after that and we had to get going to class. I really didnt want to be late but I couldn't get my mind off of that boy...or should I say my---mate. I smiled like an idiot.

I felt someone's gentle touch on my hand. I looked around ...

Oh he looked even hotter up close.

It-it was h-him! My mate...
