Ideas:

-Herobrine is abducting people and running experiments on them, making them mutants
-Sky, Ty, and Jason manage to break out after being transformed
-They have to find a way to get the other mutants out
-Seto helps them control their powers and stuff
-They have to beat Herobrine and return everyone to normal
-Two or three mutants are actually working for Herobrine, and just when they're about to win, the traitors bing them right back down to zero again. And thus, a sequel is born. (Thx to Eve_Shadow_Wolf for that idea)

Betrayers and reasons:

Preston: After being turned into a mutant and then being broken out by sky and them, he goes to find his friends (Rob Vikk and Lachlan) but they're all afraid of him and stuff. So sad, Herobrine take advantage of him by promising to turn him back to normal if he helps him enslave Sky, Jason, Ty and the others once again

Ibalisticsquid: He's a squid. Enough said

Seto: Originally goes to help Sky and friends, but after overhearing Herobrine explain to squid the powers he'd give him to help, Seto wants in too and his thirst for powers gets the best of him. (Being a sorceress has it's downfalls. People are afraid of you or thing you're weird)

Jerome: When Herobrine does experiments on Jerome, it messes with his mind and kicks in his bacca instinct, causing him to deceive Sky. Herobrine of course notices this, and then uses this to convince Jerome to do so.
