So I went to my local art store yesterday (which isn't a good idea because I will try to buy everything in the store) and found some watercolors that a lot of my favorite watercolor artists use
They were quite expensive ($29.99 geez) but I had enough chore money to get them :D
I also got some watercolor paper that was around $12.99 (but we basically got it for free after my mom used her coupons)
I found this piece of watercolor artwork on display for this app and thought that I could recreate it traditionally
I made a quick sketch with a red pencil (it's so light my goodness)
I got everything set up and ready for it (okay also this is like the first time I've used watercolors besides the other time when I colored that girl at my friend's house)
Also the little paints take forever to unwrap
TEN MINUTES
Anywho, after an hour of painting and trying to match up the colors, this came out
I'M ACTUALLY PRETTY PROUD OF THIS
WHICH IS LIKE A FIRST
I'M GONNA HANG THIS ON MY WALL
