"Stop it!"

"You are disgusting!" I scream while repeatedly slamming my curling iron into his face. Draven growls out in frustration while grabbing my wrists.

"You are frustrating little fairy," he says looking me in the eyes. His blonde hair is curling and honestly it's kinda cute. His eyes swirl into an oblivion of dark greens, blues, browns, and even small tints of red. I shake myself out of it still angry he slept in my bed.

"Don't call me that. I am on a very important mission and I have no time for you."

I move off of him then go down to the kitchen. After making me a small meal of a poptart and grapes my mom comes down. "Why were you shouting?" She asks grabbing one of my grapes.

"I have a friend over. One of Davids..... Friends."

"Really! What's her name?"

"His name is Draven," I say as he waltzes in. She glances behind her the turns to me. She opens her mouth and mouths 'he's cute.'

I shake my head and put my hands on my cheeks. She makes small fanning motions where he can't see making me laugh. "Mom stop. Please."

"I'm Racheal, and you are?"

"I'm Draven," he says while shaking her hand then hugs her quickly. Mom winks at me.

"Can you please stop?"

"Oh it not like your seeing anyone!"

"You don't know that. For all you know I could be talking to some Fey," I say trying to defend myself. She lets out a snort of laughter.

"The last fey you dated ran off because of your father," she giggles before grabbing her keys.

"That was two years ago! I was fifteen, you can't judge me. The Fey men are very attractive mother!" I shout as she walks to the door. She looks at me with a smirk.

"How else do you think you got here?" She asks before leaving.

"Mother! Gross!" I scream.

"You haven't dated anyone in two years?" Draven asks. I turn my head looking at him.

"Have you seen full blooded Fey? Those people are extremely gorgeous, and not many would date a dirty blood like me," I explain. A good bit of Fey are against breeding with humans. He has a playful smile gracing his lips.

"You still are gorgeous. The Fey genes and that of your mother complement you well."

I look at my plate while playing with a grape. "Yeah well he dumped me for my cousin," I mutter.

"And you took that? I thought Fey were vengeful creatures," he says tilting his head.

"I told her husband, and I made out with his brother after we destroyed his room."

"That's not the vengeance I was talking about. And did you say husband?"

I nod my head with a faint smile. My father wasn't very happy with Turnick for leaving me, and he was angry with his niece. I shake my head before getting up and putting my plate away. "The wrath of my father is vengeance enough," I whisper.

"Who is your father?"

"Just some Fey," I mutter. A loud knock comes from the sliding back doors. Lonny waves at me with a goofy grin. I motion for him to come in.

"I was just wondering if we could use your pool?" He asks. His lip is busted and swollen and so are his knuckles.

"Of course! Having any friends over today?"
