Veronica's POV
"Dad, why can't you just try looking for job here? Im sure you'll find one." I said trying not to cry. "Sweety, I know it's hard for you and Nessa to leave your love ones. But we have to." Dad said.
I just sob and nodded. I went to my room and called Ethan.
"Eth..." I said and sobbed.
"Yes my wife?" He replied.
"We're moving to New York.." I said and cried.
"Wait..what? Your moving to New York?" He asked surprised.
"Yeah..." I said and nodded as if he can see me.
"Roni. Im going there."
"Okay."
I ended the call and daydreamed.
After 15 minutes...
I was in the middle of daydreaming when someone nocks at my door. I quickly opened it and it was Ethan. I hugged him and cried on his shoulder. Tears are streaming down my face and his shoulder is wet with my tears.
Me and Ethan talked about all those things.
"When are you leaving?" Ethan asked.
"Thursday..." I said looking down. "Im going to miss you." Ethan said.
I cried again and he hugged me. "Im gonna miss you more." I said crying on his shoulder.
Vanessa's POV
Im at the middle of watching when my phone rang. I looked at it and it was a message from Grayson.
From Graybear💕:
Your flight is still on thursday. Right?
I read the message and replied.
To Graybear💕:
Yeah.. Why?
From Graybear💕:
Let's spend the whole day tomorrow before the day of your flight and since it's our last date🙍

Don't be sad already. You're the one who said that you'll sometime visit or facetime❤️

See you tomorrow❤️ I'll pick you up at 9am

The next day...
I woke up and stretched a little bit and went to the bathroom to get ready. I chose I really nice but simple clothes and put it on. I put on a simple makeup and when im putting on a blush on, someone nocked at the door.
"It's open!" I said and continue to put on my blush. I can see it through the mirror of my vanity the one who came in and it's Grayson. I faced him and smiled.
"Why are you taking so long?" He asked. "Okay, okay. Im done. Let's go!" I said and grabbed my bag. I saw him laughed and stood up from my bed.
We went inside the car. "Grayson, im really going to miss you." I said and looked down. "Nessa. Don't think of that first. Just think about our day today. Okay?" He said and smiled. He then hold my hands and stared at me.
"Grayson! Stop staring at me and focus on the road!"
