I guess you could say i spoke too soon, because when i arrived home today i found her passed out on the floor, bottle in hand. without a second thought i immediately called 9-1-1, followed by her mother, then her doctor, all of which i explained what was going on calmly. though i stayed calm on the phone, i didn't stay that way. my body collapsed beside her, my hand grabbed hers, and my eyes started creating a river. it's not like we haven't been in this situation before, but i'm not so sure she'll make it out of this one. i will always keep fighting for her though.
