Everyone has heard there are plenty of fish in the sea. Well Angel doesn't believe this at all. When she was born she had a gotten a tattoo of one half of the ying yang symbol. She never really knew why it was there. Where the other half was or who had it or anything. She did not understand. Why is this here? Is it here for a reason?
On the other hand Ryden knew that he was going to find his soulmate. He didn't know who it was or how he was going to find her. But, he had also gotten half of a ying yang symbol when he was born. He also did not understand why it was there or who had the other half of the tattoo. But he believed someone had it.
