The closer they’re,
The sooner they leave,
They stay as long,
As long they stay,
Like the night,
Must leave before the day,
Like the last train,
That comes just to depart,
An empty station it leaves behind,
But who’s to blame?
Maybe you’re, maybe I’m.
You do the things, the way you need,
What I really want, you never gave no heed,
So give me some hope,
And tear them down,
Like leaves from the trees,
As we’re like birds,
Come winter, we must leave,
So what’s good & what’s bad,
You must keep moving ahead,
So who’s to blame?
Maybe you’re, maybe I’m,
But who cares, nobody gives a damn,
Nobody here knows my name.
The closer they’re,
The sooner they leave,
They gave us hope,
Then tore them down,
Like leaves from the trees,
Because we’re like birds,
Come winter we must leave,
So who’s to blame?
Maybe you’re, maybe I’m,
So nobody cares, no one gives a damn,
Nobody knows my name
