Chapter 2- Scheme

"What is Volt doing on earth? she was sent away on a decoy ship centuries ago!" Knockout was very confused.

"which then, in her final log, had to take a detour through the Andromeda system before I ordered her into stasis" Megatron explained "She was no longer needed on cybertron. Also, Starscream had it in for her when she told me about his secret failed mission for terminating me and thus the safest way to go was to send her off in stasis. now, take her out without further questions."

"yes my liege." knockout inserted a small cube of energon into a small opening on the side of the pod. At first nothing happened, then the cyborg girl's eyes suddenly opened. she gasped like she couldnt get enough air and had a coughing fit.

"eeesh," knockout said "how long were you in stasis?"

Volt answered between coughs "I don't know, but ill take a random guess and say a very long time."

"Fair enough."

then she looked up and saw Megatron "lord megatron!" she jumped to her feet and bowed "Forgive the show...It has been a while since I was... you know, awake." it took all she had to keep from coughing.

"that is quiet alright," he assured. "knockout here will check your vitals before you will be cleared for duty. when you have fully recovered, I have a mission for you" and with that, he left the room.

after knockout had cleared her for action, she entered the bridge.
"i'm ready my liege," she said.
"excellent!" megatron started typing something into his computer. The cyborg pressed a button on her arm and she grew to her full size, roughly twenty feet or so.

A hologram showed up on the screen "this is a Cybertronian canon. it was used on Cybertron to destroy the front gates of the Capitol itself. However when the Autobots arranged an ambush and seized it, they loaded it onto a ship and sent it blasting through space, never to be seen again. However we have just discovered it had crash landed on this planets orbiting moon. your mission is to send a team to bring it back to the nemesis, so we can repurpose it and get it to work again."

"Yes sir, but, may I say something?"

Megatron knodded.

"The humans discovered it way before you did, my lord. they brought back a piece of it back to earth for studying. I do not know if it is of significance, but from their initial reports, it seems to be the power source."

Megatron narrowed his eyes "And how have you come across this information?"

"I may have been in stasis for several hundred years, but I wasn't completely dorment. My pod has been hacking into government encrypted websites ever since they first discovered technology. When they first touched down on the moon, their soul purpose was to investigate a strange mass discovered on the far side of the moon. It was this exact canon. they took a piece back with them to study, which happens to be the power source," Volt explained "Luckily, I know where they stashed it after examination"

optimus... OPTIMUS! wake up!" Miko clapped her hands together to snap him out of his shock.

"what scares you so much about this Volt?" Jack asked.

Optimus looked like he didn't want to explain. Luckily, Ratchet stepped in for him "she...bested most of our best warriors, and friends, in a matters of minutes without stopping. She also tortured her prisoners of war to near insanity before she was through with them," he said "and all just for fun," he added distastefully.

"she feels no remorse for her victoms or her prisoners," Arcee continued "once she captures you, you are out of luck: you are never seen alive again."

"so no one should pull a Miko as long as she is a threat," Bulkhead said.

"aww man!" Miko muttered.
