Kuchisake Onna is a lady known as the "slit-mouthed Lady. Kuchisake had an affair with another guy. Her husband had found out, For a punishment he had slit her mouth to her ear on both sides. For many years there has been urban legends of her roaming the streets.
One day, a girl in her late 20 was walking the streets at night. She had stubbled upon a lady wearing a with a white mask around her mouth.
She stared straight into the girls eyes. It looked like she was smiling under the mask. The lady asked the girl "Am i Pretty?". The girl said yes. The lady had taken down the mask and with a horrifying look the girl stuttered and said yes.
The masked lady slit the girls mouth up to her ears.
You should never say no, otherwise she will slit your mouth and kill you as well.
