"Samantha!"
Leaping out of her bed, Samantha raced downstairs to the kitchen remembering that she was having a picnic today.
"Mommy, have you got the picnic ready yet?" Samantha questioned, eagerly clinging to her mom's silk dress.
"Oh Samantha, you know we can't do it today. I've got to finish unpacking."
"Then why did you call meeeeee?!"
"I was going to ask you if you wanted to help unpack?"
"No!!" Samantha snapped, glaring at her mom.
"Then go outside" Her mom commanded
"Fine!!! Coco, come here Coco," Samantha called for her dog longingly, who was upstairs.
"I'll go by myself then" She said running outside.
Despite the fact that the house was a mansion, the garden wasn't much. It was a small square with overgrown grass, nettles and a wooden swing. Samantha hopped onto the swing but jumped off again as a small blue butterfly flew next to her.
"Butterfly!!!" She said chasing it into a bush.
