Whether one was a servant of Princess Morag Stuart or simply an acquaintance, they thanked the heavens for letting her sister, Mary be born before her. You see, due to Morag's outspoken and rather sassy ways, everyone came to the conclusion that her being the Crowned Princess of Scotland boasted more than enough of her conceited and arrogant ways.
Of course, her title as Princess gave her a birth right to the crown, so God forbid something were to happen to Mary, Princess Mo would be the Queen, but anyone who knew Morag Stuart personally, knew that putting a crown on her egotistical little head and sitting her on a diamond encrusted throne would be an overall catastrophe.
Everyone just relentlessly hoped that a certain Dauphin of France wouldn't come to find any interest in Morag, like every other man that had ever laid eyes on her, when she decides to take a trip to her her beloved Queen sister in France.
Let's just say, the relentless hopers did not hope enough.
But who knows? Maybe, in the end, Mo would come to realize that there is more to royalty than diamonds and tiaras. But then again, maybe that's hoping too much.
