Okay, so I've seen too many people talk about chapter 129 of Black Butler. First I will like to say some people do not believe in the twin theory. Here is why.
In the manga when we go over to the Book of Circus, it introduces us the two Ciel's talking to each other. Some people think it's a total mess with the manga inflicting with the episodes that Yana Toboso made.
I completely respect her and her quality of her work she puts in. Yes, the whole thing might not be true but it might be true.
I believe the twin theory is actually real because of one clue on the manga when Sebastian and Ciel go through the rooms and finds 'Who stole the candy from my tummy?' From Chapter 128

Creepy right? Ciel is shocked by this discovery and Sebastian is too. Since the other twin, Ciel's alive twin, loves candy the dead twin must have liked candy too. But it also ties into Soma and Agni.

There is also multiple scenes in the book that the twins are together.

Now why didn't Yana Tosobo put this in the episodes? I think that maybe some people will get irritated by the fact they didn't have their own opinion on it. I'm sorry to say in the manga it has been confirmed by the twin theory and might end. We don't know or have any clue when it's going to end.
