Hey guys! So this is my first time ever writing fanfic or anything so I know it's going to be bad I just hope it gets better over time! I hope you like it and enjoy!( this was just a test run so it might not fit into Rhysand's life story) I'll make sure to update it regularly but I can't promise.

Rhysand
It was a clear, blue morning. I could feel the crisp air hitting my wings, while I spread them out to the full length. It was the perfect morning to go flying, especially with Mother coming along. I look over to my left, and see her flying in loops with her wings at its full length too. I could hear her laughing, I started laughing too. This is what life should be like, freedom. Sadly, this perfect moment had to come to an end, we were going to have visitors coming in a little bit, and I had to get ready for them. The High Lord of the Spring Court was coming to discuss with Father about political stuff, and he was bringing his sons with him. I've met them before and I really wasn't fond of any of them except the youngest who was a couple of decades younger than me. His name was Tamlin. Mother and I flew back to the mountain house laughing and spinning in the air. We got back to the house and I headed to my room. I shook out my wings and stretched them out one last time before I had to put them away.

Maybe an hour later, I was fully dressed in my black jacket with silver lining on it, with black pants and to top it all of black shoes. I look mighty appealing. I left my room and started walking down the hall. I started hearing voices, some of them I could recognize and some I didn't. I walked into a brightly lit room. The room was all open, we only had three full walls and the rest were open to the sky. The High Lord of the Spring Court was lounging on a plush velvet couch, while Father was sitting across from him in a leather chair. I looked over to my right and saw the Spring Lords sons. He had three of them. I walked over to them and gave them a smile. "Hello,  Springlings". I taunt  them.
"What do you want Rhysand?" Said the oldest, Amaziah.
"Oh, wouldn't you like to know? Am I not allowed to walk around my home?". He just growled at me but I ignored him . I just walked over to Tamlin and plopped down in the seat next to him.
"Rhysand, you look... good", Tamlin says over the talking of his two
other brothers.
"Oh, why thank you, but I look good every day", and gave him a smile. "Do you know what our Father's are talking about?"
"No, but I've heard bits and pieces about the mortal lands"
This was a topic that kept coming up, because the mortal lands were the Faes neighbors. I should be worrying about it and listening in, because if anything ever happened to Father than I would become High Lord of the Night Court, but I don't want to worry about that right now. I don't wish to be the High Lord but if it comes down to it I will for my people. I stand up, from my chair and walk towards the entrance I came through
" leaving so soon, Rhysand?" Amaziah said.
If you want to be like that I could you rip you into shreds in just one thought.
I was a daemati, so that means I can read others thoughts and make them do whatever I would like them to do, with a single thought, including killing them. Amaziah's face went pale, because I know he heard me in his head, and either way he was older than me, I was more powerful than him. I walked out of the room with a smug smile on my face and went to go look for my sister.
