Your book must be published. Make sure you have at least one chapters published. If not, you can ask me for a cover andpublish it later. But make sure it gets published soon.
Even if your asking for a cover you still have to be nice. There is no reason to be mean when I am going to make you a cover. So, just be nice.
BE PATIENT. This is the biggest thing I have seen. Your cover will come but you have to wait. It takes time. If you want it to be good quality then you have to patient. It will take about 1 week to make your cover.
Do not remove my watermark. I made it for you and I would like to have credit for my work.
You MUST do the payment.
The minimum covers you can request for is 2.
If you requested from another person for a cover I won't accept your request.
I can accept or decline your request.
You have to use my cover for a maximum of 2 weeks. I put a lot of effort in. So, cherish it.
Do not request from me if you just requested from another cover shop. I find that disrespectful, especially if I'm putting a lot of work into the covers.
Everything must be included in the form except for the optional parts.
You must tag at least 5 people.

About: I create most on my covers on a software called Photoshop CS6 and get most of my photos+pngs on Pinterest or Deviant Art.
