A/N see what I did with the title, XD, I think I am funny. I just realized that is the second time I have based a title on a song.
*FAST FOWARD A COUPLE OF WEEKS*
I am on my way to Dr. Crawford's office this would be my last session for the summer. Considering we go back to school next Thursday. We pull up, I jump out of the car and run up to the building, through the doors and up to the office. Ever since I have been coming here I have been feeling more and more happy. I swear Doc Craw (that's Dr. Crawford's street name) has really been influential on my life and I mean it does help that she has someone working for her that just so happens to be a major babe.
Okay so let me give you the low down on Jeff, he is one of the most caring guys I have ever met, and I wouldn't say we are boyfriend and girlfriend yet but we have been going on dates a lot lately.
"Good morning Rhonda, would you like a cookie?" I ask her and hold out the basket I brought.
"Thank you Jordan, you can head back," she tells me, I nod and walk back to the office.
"Yo Doc Craw," I say walking in with my peace signs up.
"Jordan that is so not professional," she says holding a straight face, "but anyway, how's it hanging J-Dawg?" I almost fall to the floor because I am laughing so hard.
"I'm Gucci how 'bout you?" I ask.
"Well I'm just swag," she says.
" I didn't know swag was an emotion?" I say.
"If it wasn't it is now," she says, "okay lets get down to business shall we? Today is your last scheduled visit, but you have my cell phone number so if there is any occasion in which you need me just text or call me."
"Can do, I was thinking the other night," I start. "I really want to tell people about my story, not just my friends, but maybe like do some teen conferences or something like that."
"Well I am sure that those can be arranged," she says. "As for your friends, how do you want to go about that?"
"I'm not quite sure about that," I say.
"Well why don't we just set up a couple conferences first, to get you more comfortable with telling people and then in a couple weeks or so we will organize some sort of event to tell your friends," she suggests.
"Well I mean my birthday is on October 12, why don't we do it then?" I ask.
"Sure that sounds great," she says. We go over some details about the conferences and finalize some paper work for my sessions and stuff. "Okay my dear looks like I will be seeing you Saturday at the first conference."
"I will see you then," I say, "oh, but before I leave I have something to give to you as a thank you for helping me get through my hard times." I pull out a little box from my bag and hand it to her, she opens it to reveal a silver angel wing necklace.
"I can't except this," she says.
"No, I insist you take it. Look I have a matching one," I say pulling my necklace out from my shirt.
"You know Jordan from the very first day I met you I knew there was something special about you and I hadn't figured it out until just now. You have this ability to make other peoples' problems seem less prominent when you are around. Just by smiling you lighten up my day and I know for a fact that you make Jeff's days better just when you walk through those doors," she says.
"He talks about me?" I ask, she shakes her head and I feel somewhat disappointed.
"He doesn't have to I can see the way his eyes sparkle when he sees you," she says. I reach my arms around her for one of the most meaningful hugs I have ever had in my entire life.
