The New King has kissed the lips of the deity and the deity herself has unconsciously submitted to him and his hold on her. Mara looked at the Prince in dismay but there was a part of her that missed him, his scent as he held her so close to him. She can hear his heartbeat, she never wanted to fall in love with a King, it was warned by deities that her personal involvement with the King she will serve and give her life to will be poison to a deities mind for she will most likely betray her real destiny and chase those human desires.
King Young couldn't believe it, he was expecting a big slap from her but instead she responded to what he wanted. He could feel the softness of her hair, the blossom petals were falling everything was too perfect and he feared that he might reject her
"I love you" he says immediately before she could say something "When I first laid eyes on you , I felt it" his voice was shaking "I am enchanted by everything about you"
Her eyes widened " You mean at the forest?"
He nodded "I didn't know you...were the deity at that time"
Mara quickly planted a kiss on his lips and smiled "But I knew you were the Prince..." she removed a petal from his hair and gazed at him longingly "Kiss me...my King" and without hesitation he kissed her ever so deeply without anyone knowing what has come into the kingdom.

B A T U N G was cheering triumphantly while Mara was meditating , she had a feeling Luna was spying on them a while ago
"So that means we are staying for good ah, this is such news! " he says cheerfully "Is there a wedding perhaps?"
Mara tugged his ears "I am his Priestess not his Queen!"
"And the kingdom's Deity" Batung added "You play both"
Mara looked outside and closed her eyes, then placed her palms together. Batung watched as she cited her prayers, her hands were glowing brightly. He was always amazed by Mara's powers, she wasn't as powerful as the other deities that Tia Bana says but her heart was stronger than theirs. Mara wanted to do her duty as a deity so much that's why she feared that falling in love with the King will distract her on doing what's right. Yet Batung knows what will be the end tail once she's completed her task and he won't allow it, even if Abba will disapprove it. Mara inherited her mother's task, she wasn't chosen.... In fact she was being punished
"Done!" She says "Hopefully I did this right"
"What did you do?"
"A little request by a beautiful angel" she smiles

T H E V I L L A G E R S woke up expecting snowfall but instead they see flowers budding and fruits were ripened which were not yet in season. Their eyes widened, they rubbed their eyes to see if this was an illusion or not. They happily took their baskets and started to pick out the fruits and some headed to their Rice Fields"Your Highness! " one the Royal Scholars ran to him while was reading his scrolls
"What is it?"
"Um.... It's still spring?" He muttered "There's flowers and fruits and there's such abundance of food....inexplainable!" he rushed to open the window for the King to see
"What....on ...earth" he mumbled to himself then he rushed out of his chambers leaving the scholar still fully stunned.

"M A R A!" The King enters the temple
Mara's eyes looked upset upon seeing him "I should turn you into a toad you defiling prick" she says unhappily
The King was confused until she pointed at his shoes. One of her maids took off the King's shoes and he looked at Mara and whispered "Are you still angry?"
"King Young, if there is one thing that you should be aware of, is that the temple is sacred. Knocking and taking off your shoes is important"
He smiled, she was so cute when she's angry "So... I noticed something today"
"What?"
"Oh maybe the weather is a bit.... strange"
Mara's expression changed, she immediately rushed to her nearest window and opened it then she covered her mouth "Oh...dearest me, this wasn't suppose to happen"
"What exactly were you suppose to do?"
"I wanted to delay the snow a bit, but I didn't expect it to change a season... Ah...spring...hah...silly me" she laughed sourly
"The Neighboring kingdom will notice this Mara"he sounded serious
"Let them then" she muttered
"No. I'm trying to hide you from their attention"
"I have to serve the kingdom, it's my duty your Highness"
"And my duty is to keep you safe and sound and that is to be near me for all time and I can't do that if you keep on.... I don't know...change the seasons, turn people into toads if they defile the temple...what else?"
Mara sighs "Then what would you have me do then?"
Before he could respond B A T U N G opens the door cheerfully "Well how about that? Spring has returned-" he sees the King and then immediately bows "Your highness"
Mara sees Batung's muddy shoes and again she became angry "There will be two flying toads tonight" she exclaims.

D A L U Y A N rushes to the Royal chamber and sees M A Y A R I ' S dark mood, she was gazing at her crystal ball, stalking the girl who bears such great resemblance of her physically
"So you've heard" she finally says "That's why you're here looking upset as if you lost the war" she then laughed "Pity"
"My Queen, may I know.... why this girl bear such resemblance?" he finally asks
Mayari smiles slightly and then faces at his direction "This girl's mother is the original deity, the Pearl where Abba sealed my untainted power was absorbed within her. I've longed to reunite with my full abilities to destroy his creations....but instead it was reborn carrying the striking resemblance of someone I used to be"
"The Moon goddess" he says under his breath
"She won't succeed, she is weak and pitiful. Sooner or later she will come to realize that humans aren't worth fighting for then I come into the picture....and if not...then I will have to kill her and take full control."
