"Your backyard friends the Backyardigans!" Thomas and Jace sang the remix "Together in the backyard again!"
"Would you two shut your childish asses up!" Benji yelled over them and we all agreed
"Nope" Thomas continued "I thought you guys love this song growing up?"
"Yeah when I was 8 now I can't stand the backyradigans" Riele rolled her eyes
"Why? They were entertaining" Jace and Thomas finally sat down
"There parents allowed them outside the house to do foolishness" She crossed her arms "So did Dora's parents"
"I believe those kids were on drugs half the time" Sean pointed out "Think about it they are always on an 'adventure' and the background always changes"
"Don't ruin my damn childhood" Benji shook his head
"Our childhood been ruined since we started high school" I groaned
Its already the second day of school and I'm overwhelmed with school work and Homework and all I want to do is watch TV and eat chips
"Its not that much work I already got half of it finished" Ella shrugged
"Really? Slide me some of those answers just to make sure they're correct" Jace winked trying to grab her bag
"No, you have to do it yourself" She quickly grabbed it back
"Don't be stingy with the work Ella" Benji stated
"Yeah share some answers" Sean commented also
"Do you think I maintain a 4.0 gpa every semester and not one failed classwork or test by copying answers?"
"No but you ain't had to be so loud" Jace said despite Ella talking normally
"I feel dumb after that statement" Thomas
"You are dumb" Maddie mumbled rolling her eyes
"Don't respond" Benji told Thomas "1 Cause she's right and 2 I don't need you two arguing while I'm eating"
*************** "Why is this sun so damn hot? I feel like a baked potato and I'm sweating all over" Jace complained as we walked across the street
"Nobody cares Jace" Ella groaned as well passed a sign
"Road work ahead?" Thomas smirked and nudge Sean
"Yeah I sure hope it does" Sean laughed as we reached our destination which is a small bakery
Its not a normal bakery its usually a spot where teens could hang out, eat maximum junk food and goof off
However we're not here to do any of that, we are going for an after school job
"Hello is anyone here?" Maddie called out
"Hi how may I help you?" A young lady who looks about in her mid 20s or younger
