I'm in a prison
An isolated place
that I don't want to be in
Bakit?
Bakit ako?
I'm in an isolated place
With no one to talk to
No food to eat
I'm trying to escape
From this isolated prison
I'm screaming
"HELP!"
"HELP!"
No one can hear my screams
Sigaw na sigaw ako
Walang ang tao na tulong sa akin
I'm having a hard time
Getting out
I'm beaten, hurt,
and bruised up
My wrists are slowly breaking inside and out
because of how tight chains are
My body is slowly dying because of how
tight the rope is wrapped
I cannot sleep well
My thoughts are going crazy
My tears are bursting like
ballons popping after a birthday party
"TULONG! TULONG! TULONG NA KO!"
I keep on screaming
I shall stay silent
I feel isolated from
the world
I can no longer see the
world
because of the isolation in the prison I'm suffering in
