Prolouge & Authors note

Authors Note:
Hello, I know I'm working on a story called 'NightStrikers' but, I am also going to start writing this story which will only have seven chapters. The prologue will not count as a chapter and any authors notes I write won't count as chapters either. The chapters in this story might not be that long but, I will try to make them interesting.
Now, enough with the chatter and on with the story!

Prologue

Hi, my name is Zoe Ranger and when I was only five I met some amazing people who turned out to be my best friends for life.

My friends names are Lena Monrá, Nancy Willows, and, the twins, Coulton and Cole Gunner.
Just a year after I met my friends we made a group promise... when we got old enough, we would live together. We made that promise and when we turned nineteen, we lived up to it.

We knew that living together might be hard or frustrating at times but, we would do anything to stay together.

Now, when we were young we lived in London. Londons a beautiful and you are probably asking why we would leave. We wanted to have a new adventure.

See something we hadn't seen before.

Go places some people would never go.

Do things some people wouldn't have the opportunity to do.

We did. When we were nineteen, we left London. We went on an adventure. We went far away from London and saw amazing things. We went to Queensland. Queensland was beautiful and had many great things. We actually lived near the bottom of Queensland so, if we drove for a couple of hours we would end up in Victoria.

We planned on living in a little apartment building but, later decided that it was a horrible idea.
We changed our minds and chose to live near one of many forests. When looking for a place to stay we came across a beautiful mansion. It may have been old fashion and rotting a bit but, it was beautiful.

We moved in, thinking that we would live there for a long time. We were wrong. What happened while I was there changed my life. It has left mental and physical scars and I will never be the same.
