Once you get that feeling, and trust me you will know.. It feels like a physical pain right on the inside of your chest, a tearing like your heart is being ripped into two. You lay there sobbing repeating these words to yourself, "why" "whats wrong with me? Am I not good enough? Pretty enough?" Begging yourself to get it all together, they won't understand. You are alone in this. So you dry you face & try to get some fresh air, thinking maybe being outside in front of the world I won't break down again & cry, but it doesn't go like that you end up feeling that feeling again that feeling of not being good enough no matter how many times you're told that you are... you still feel like you aren't.
